Jhatpat Crispy Corn Recipe

Ingredients Required

1 cup sweet corn
1 tbsp all purpose flour( Maida)
2 1/2 tbsp corn flour
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
Salt to taste
Oil for Frying

For Tempering
2 green chillies, chopped
1 medium seized onion, chopped
1 small Bell Pepper, chopped
1tsp spoon lemon juice
1/2 tsp spoon red chilli powder
1/4th spoon Chaat masala
Salt to taste

Steps to Prepare

In a bowl Add sweet corn

add All purpose flour, corn flour , black perpper and salt in it

Mix it well

Add oil in kadai and keep it on high flame

Deep fry it in kadai and keep it outside once its color change to golden brown

Note: Cover the pan while frying the corn. with the lid which can pass steam of kadai too.

Add chopped onion, bell pepper, chillies into it

Add chilli powder, chatt masala, salt and lemon juice into it, mix it well

your crispy sweet corn is ready to serve.
