Ingredients Required for Puffed Rice Poha
- Murmure : 150 gms
- Boiled Green Peas : 50 gms
- Tomato : 1 Medium Size (Chopped)
- Onion: 1 medium size (Chopped)
- Fresh Coriender : to Garnish
- Black pepper powder: 1/2 tsp.
- Salt: 1 tsp or as per taste
- Sugar : 1/4th tsp.
- Turmeric (Haldi) : 1/4th tsp.
- Tomato Ketchup: 2 tsp.
- Mustard Seeds : 1/4th tsp.
- Olive Oil: 2 tsp.
How to Prepare:
Wash Puffed rice in a mesh and keep aside for 15 minutes.
Put kadai on gas
Add oil in it.
When oil heated then add mustard seeds and onion in it .
Now add turmeric, salt, black pepper , tomatoes, boiled peas into kadai.
Mixed it Well and then add poha in it .
Add some tomatoes and coriender to garnish.
Lastly, Add sauce and mix it well, Poha is ready
